About you

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Oversee the injection and storage of medical records and ECG data from various health systems.
  • Ensure data privacy and adherence to healthcare data regulations
  • Maintain and regularly update our databases, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor data quality standards and best practices.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related issues and maintain data governance policies.
  • Use statistical tools and techniques to analyze medical records and ECG data.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, or patterns that provide valuable insights for clinical and operational improvements.
  • Create specialized dashboards and reports tailored for medical professionals and internal stakeholders.
  • Convert complex medical data into understandable and actionable insights.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals, IT, and other departments to ensure the seamless flow and utilization of medical data.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computing, Data Science, Biostatistics, Health Informatics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (like HIPAA).
  • Proficient in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Superset.
  • A solid understanding of ECG data and medical record systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and privacy.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex data findings into meaningful insights.
