About you
You will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee the injection and storage of medical records and ECG data from various health systems.
- Ensure data privacy and adherence to healthcare data regulations
- Maintain and regularly update our databases, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accessibility.
- Establish, implement, and monitor data quality standards and best practices.
- Perform regular audits to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related issues and maintain data governance policies.
- Use statistical tools and techniques to analyze medical records and ECG data.
- Identify trends, anomalies, or patterns that provide valuable insights for clinical and operational improvements.
- Create specialized dashboards and reports tailored for medical professionals and internal stakeholders.
- Convert complex medical data into understandable and actionable insights.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals, IT, and other departments to ensure the seamless flow and utilization of medical data.
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computing, Data Science, Biostatistics, Health Informatics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (like HIPAA).
- Proficient in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Superset.
- A solid understanding of ECG data and medical record systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and privacy.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex data findings into meaningful insights.
