The role

We are looking for a high energy, creative, team-oriented Country Lead to join our growing Sales team to extend our success in Iberia.

The Country Manager will be someone who has demonstrable experience working in B2B software Sales, with ideally strong knowledge of CRM and Digital Marketing, and wants to participate in its ongoing revolution.

Persistence and attention to detail are vital to success in this role.

We need self-motivated, entrepreneurial sales professionals that can think strategically, are comfortable with conceptual amp; solution selling, and can create momentum within large and complex organizations.

We want candidates that can execute the sales process with passion, and always be aware of maximizing opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies for automotive retail market in Spain and Portugal
  • Management of both growth and expansion sales
  • Participation in Iberia region acquisitions and subsequent integrations
  • Serve as company lead and spokesperson in the Spanish and Portuguese market
  • Reports to the CRO
  • Identify prospects and decision makers in target market; Create prospect lists for Dealer coaches and DSMs
  • Build and manage a productive commercial team (around 12 to 15 resources)
  • Develop and execute new business proposals, make high-profile presentations to clients, negotiate and close deals
  • Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop MotorK’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Develop Marketing campaign strategies for the Iberia dealerships
  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales

Requirements

Our ideal Country Manager will have:

  • Sales experience selling enterprise software and projects, including several years of experience in the software industry (SAAS, CRM, Digital Marketing and Shopping tools is ideal).
  • Experience in Automotive Retail is a plus
  • Used to accelerating sales cycles and working on a quarterly rhythm
  • Demonstrated successful history of closing complex deals
  • Strong understanding of business practices and industry trends
  • Comfortable with conceptual selling while still able to demonstrate ROI
  • Demonstrated work ethic and consistent over-achievement
  • Excellent verbal/written skills necessary
  • Spanish and English fluent (the knowledge of another language is a plus)
  • Able to identify and tap potential clients and able to understand their needs
  • Ability to handle pressure situations and work in a target oriented environment
