Job Description

Two Circles is a global sports agency. We drive growth for sports properties by delivering deeper connections with fans, through the intelligent use of data and technology. We work with some of the world’s biggest sports organisations including the NFL, Cricket Australia, Premier League, Formula 1, Wimbledon and UEFA and have been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year on more than four occasions.

A team of over 500 Two Circlers work from six offices across the world (London, New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Bern and Melbourne) servicing our expanding international client base. Data is at the centre of our approach - helping clients to get a better understanding of their customers and deliver insights that influence top-level decision-making. From there, we develop digital products and integrate data and technology solutions that grow audiences and revenue across ticketing, participation, sponsorship and media.

About The Role:

As part of our ongoing growth, we are expanding our technical team and looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our London office and lead the quality activities for our clients whilst supporting the building of the capability and practice within the wider Two Circles group.

The chosen person will play a lead role in ensuring that the digital properties and solutions delivered to our clients are always of the highest quality. You will also have the exciting opportunity to define, build, and shape the wider QA practice within Two Circles by way of influencing resourcing, tooling, processes and approach.

You will have a track record of authoring and executing high quality test plans and leading teams of test resources. Experience in implementing automated testing and performance testing is required.

This role will skew towards planning the testing of projects and features for clients, working closely with Senior BA and Technical Leads to define the appropriate test plans, then working with QA Analysts within a delivery team to ensure the testing is properly executed. You will also be confident in building performance and automation tooling to help our clients mature their QA capabilities in these areas.

If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

  • Configuration and execution of automated and performance test solutions and cases.
  • Design, document, and execute testing scripts to support the testing of software.
  • Document test cases using your own in-depth technical analysis of both functional and non-functional specifications.

You'll have experience in:

  • Experience in the design and execution of test cases for varied technical solutions such as web applications, mobile applications, CRM solutions, DWH and APIs.

  • Experience with non-functional requirements such as accessibility, performance testing, multi-browser testing.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in information management or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a software testing role, including web application testing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of one or more testing methods.
