Infotel UK Consulting (part of Infotel Group) is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition specialist to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a consulting company that focuses on improving business output through strategic IT systems and applications, we are looking for someone who can bring creativity and innovation to the hiring process. As our Talent Acquisition specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a diverse group of companies around the world, engaging with some of the brightest minds in the Information Technology and Services industry. • Work collaboratively with hiring managers to source, identify, and attract top talent in the IT industry.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company culture, vision, and mission to present it to potential candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques and platforms to identify candidates for open positions.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer letter.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding recruitment status.
• Build relationships with potential candidates to create pipelines for future job openings.
• Participate in recruitment events to promote Infotel UK and its job opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist or a similar role within the IT industry.
• Knowledge of various sourcing techniques, such as social media, job boards, and industry events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and prioritize workload.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems.
