As Integrations Specialist, you will be our specialist who discovers and solves the technical problems there. Within the team, we are now looking for an Integration Specialist.
You never let go of a problem until it is solved, are creative and fully focused on helping our customers. Despite our super comprehensive DOCS environment (with manuals for all tools, integrations and payment methods), a customer may still fail to implement one of our solutions. Or what if they run into a problem with their existing integration and can no longer process payments? Remotely, you identify and analyse the problem and guide them until everything works (again). To do this, you work closely with developers from our various in-house development teams, but also with the operational support team, account managers, system administrators and partner managers. You move around the entire organisation and communicate with everyone. You know exactly who to turn to with which question. In the beginning, we will show you the ropes and after a while you will start working independently!
Requirements
How can you be successful in this job?
- You have 3 core qualities: you are analytical, problem-solving and communicative.
- We are looking for someone with:
- 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in e-commerce or fin-tech
- Knowledge of solving various technical/software problems
- You enjoy being part of a young, ambitious and international team to which you can contribute
Knowledge of the following is a plus:
- PHP, JSON, XML
- Webhooks (GET, POST)
- Various e-commerce integrations such as: Magento, Shopware, Woocommerce and Lightspeed
- Project management tools such as Github, Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of GIT, Software code and testing
- We'll teach you the rest, because the payment world is dynamic and the products are innovative!
