As an Atlassian Expert, you will be responsible for the administration of all our Altlassian suite. Creating and organizing new projects on the JIRA platform, as well as creating and configuring the layout, design, workflows, projects, issues, queries and dashboard. You will provide technical support and training for user management.Y ou will play a central role in our insights analytics by constructing invaluable dashboards, analyzing data, and providing guidance to the team using information from our core project management tool (Atlassian Suite). This role will involve engaging with numerous stakeholders both within the engineering team and externally, such as collaborating with finance on capitalization mattersYou will also actively participate in consolidating capitalizable work data and issue type tracking data to enable analysis.Your mission @Aircall
  • Provide Atlassian tools design, architecture, configuration and management across the platform to effectively enable business delivery against our strategic and tactical commitments.
  • Manage the Jira configuration requests backlog and apply the changes required (within the SLA).
  • Work with the wider Engineering teams to define, refine and communicate strategy, standards and best practices across JIRA, Confluence, Opsgenie.
  • Participate in requirements analysis to help with providing the right technical and business solutions across the stack (customize workflows, fields, screens, permissions, notifications, issue type schemes etc)
  • Be part of an engineering organization delivering high quality, secure, voice solutions to Aircall clients.
  • Support and guide teams to connecting engineering improvements against data implementation, in a standardized way and optimal use of Jira.
  • Ensure accurate reporting against key deliverables and team metrics.
  • Scale up Jira to use it at its best, bulk upload of issues, install plugins, implement dashboards and KPIs
  • Enhance Gitlab amp; Confluence usage, automation and configuration.
  • Maintain and update a complete Jira instance in an efficient way and so integrate with other tools in Atlassian, keeping cost effectiveness in mind.
  • Understand projects management to enable best options of visualization and data calculation.

A little more about you
  • 6+ years experience working in the Atlassian tools space where you have been both responsible and accountable for the delivery and customization of services, with a focus on delivering for security, scalability, availability, and performance.
  • A high level of understanding about where your work fits in and how to be useful and successful on their team.
  • You have a strong technical background, particularly in areas such as database management, scripting, and software development.
  • You possess effective and proactive communication skills, and can collaborate with different profiles and roles, from junior to senior, tech to business.
  • You are used to working in Agile teams and look for and implement continuous improvement, but you also appreciate good process and quality assurance in mitigating risk and improving quality.
  • You have good understanding of how scrum projects are managed, from requirements to delivery.
  • You worked extensively with cloud technologies in a real time production environment and understand how to get the best out of the environment and services available, using modern software engineering practices.
  • You have a good understanding of capitalizable engineering work supporting business needs.
