Job Description
As Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our Italian speaking merchants by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner with current and new clients. Relocation to Estepona/Marbella (Spain) is mandatory.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver technical service and support to (existing amp; new) Merchants, Partners and developers;
- Gather Merchant’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
- Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
- Test new plugin releases;
- Stay up-to-date with evolutions e-commerce platforms;
- Cooperate closely with our Tech Support team at our HQ in Amsterdam;

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Prestashop, Woocommerce, and/or knowledge of XML, JSON, HTML (5)/XHTML, CSS, PHP, Laravel, Composer and Scrum is an absolute advantage
- Experience with online payments /PSP’s is an advantage, but not a must
- Native speaker in Italian and very high level of English with strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Knowledge of other languages (Spanish, French) is a plus
- Practical and innovative problem-solving capabilities
