• Enhance EVPassport's employer brand through engaging job postings and representation at events.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage candidate records and analyze recruitment data to refine strategies.
• Promote diversity and inclusivity in candidate sourcing and selection.

• Experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a tech or innovative industry.
• Strong understanding of sourcing methods and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant tools.
