Position Overview
As the Talent and Culture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our school's work environment, talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts. You will work closely with the school leadership team to cultivate a positive and engaging culture that aligns with our educational philosophy and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to attract, hire, and onboard exceptional educators who share our Montessori principles and educational vision.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify professional development opportunities and design training programs that support the growth and continuous improvement of our educators.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, morale, and overall job satisfaction.
- Implement performance management processes, including regular feedback sessions, evaluations, and goal setting.
- Manage employee relations, addressing any concerns or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that our school remains a welcoming space for all individuals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent management and culture development.
- Coordinate and ensure Health and Safety at work
- Lead the Data Protection Law at work.
- Coordination with and support to the Administratiation Team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in talent management, culture development, and employee relations, ideally within an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of Montessori education principles and their alignment with creating a positive learning environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for recruitment, performance management, and reporting.
- Spanish and English: bilingual (C1 or higher).
