We are looking for a marketing operations person ( MOPs) to play a crucial role in streamlining and optimizing the processes, technologies, and strategies within the marketing department. Their primary objective is to maximize efficiency and scale marketing efforts.
The position is for a person who thrives using data, tools and overseeing marketing processes.
Responsibilities
- Technology and Data Management
- Oversee and manage the marketing technology stack, which includes automation, CRM, analytics, and research.
- Collect, cleanse, and maintain the accuracy and quality of marketing data.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs
- Provide insights based to help guide marketing strategy and decision-making.
- Create and optimize workflows and processes
- Evaluate and select vendors for various marketing tools and services.
- B2B Marketing funnel Management
- Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing (not content), and digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor the marketing digital budget.
- Manage the lead lifecycle, from acquisition to conversion, ensuring that leads are properly scored, segmented, and routed to the appropriate sales teams or channels.
- Work side by side with content marketing, sales and product, ensuring alignment in goals and smooth handoff between teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading a performance-driven digital marketing team.
- Experience in managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative.
- Familiarity with the gaming industry or influencer marketing is a plus
