Stream Hatchet is a leading data analytics company in the esports and gaming streaming industries. It leverages data it obtains from live streaming platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook to help businesses create actionable intelligence and insights as it relates to go-to-market strategy, content initiatives, and sponsorship measurement.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company vision and strategy.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders or project team members.
Responsibilities.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the project lifecycle of our web app, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget.
- Utilize project management tools like Jira to plan, track, and coordinate tasks among the development team.
- Actively participate in Agile meetings such as daily standups and sprint planning, facilitating collaboration and efficiency.
- Identify and address challenges, bottlenecks, and risks that may arise during the development process.
- Product Ownership:
- Translate leadership's roadmap into actionable tasks, making key decisions on product features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gathering suggestions and feedback to drive product development.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on company goals and customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management or Project Management, preferably within the analytics environment or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of Jira and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to make informed decisions around product development and prioritization.
- Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus.
