Now we have a new challenge of scaling up twice in the next 4 years with a major focus on extending sales amp; marketing functions mostly in Europe, the UK, and the US.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen the hiring objectives of the company. Our recruitment process prioritizes assessment quality and attracting the best talent in the market.In this role, you will focus on 2-3 hiring projects in our sales and marketing side of the business, managing the candidate funnel from screening to the job offer stage. You will be supported by a coordinator, sourcing specialists, and top-end recruitment tools (we use LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, Gem, Monday, and Calendly daily) to ensure the hiring process's speed, efficiency, and quality for hiring managers and candidates. What You Will Do
- Plan, organize, and lead the process of closing the vacancy as a project manager
- Organize and moderate high-quality and prompt communication within the hiring project team
- Facilitate the design of the assessment process and tools, when necessary
- Assess competencies amp; cultural fit of candidates with relevant assessment methods (screening calls, CBI, organizing tests, and conducting role-plays)
- Meet SLAs, deadlines, and recruitment process stages
- Maintain project documentation and analytics
- Partner with the sourcing team to fill the funnel with the top talent
- Engage in recruitment marketing activities and campaigns
- Provide excellent candidate experience
- Set up partnerships with business domains, engaging with talent communities
- Manage projects across EMEA, LATAM, and the USA
What We Look For
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, 3+ years hiring sales professionals
- Experience with international recruitment in one or multiple regions
- Expertise in cross-cultural communication and behaviour
- Experience in managing full-cycle of recruitment projects
- Knowledge of competency-based approach in interviewing
- Interest in closing non-tech positions
- Understanding of international sourcing principles
- Rapport and relationship-building skills
- Native Spanish and fluency in English (C1); knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Portuguese) is a plus
