Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, self starter and dedicated chef/cook to join a household of 6 in Ibiza for August.
Start time: 6 am to have breakfast prepared for 7 am.
End time: Late afternoon.
The successful candidate will not be required to stay for the evening service.
The role will require preparation of all family meals and any snacks requested in-between. The Chef/Cook must be proficient in understanding the specific instructions and following the request made by the Family.
The Family enjoy healthy home cooked meals and they prefer minimising food wastage.
Requirements
- Must live in Ibiza to be there at 6 am every morning for three weeks, the duration of their employment.
- Polished and professional at all times.
- Willingness to work hours as assigned and be flexible with schedules.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in private service or hospitality.
- Must be able to run the kitchen operation.
- Manage elements of food related contractor and supplier relations.
- Anticipate needs of the Family.
