What you'll do
- Work closely with all the department heads and senior management and report actual vs. budget expenditure (headcount, payroll and operating expenditure) to ensure that departments stick to their budgets
- Help develop forecasts by liaising with various departments and by looking at the key drivers to help management steer the business
- Work closely with the group accounting team to ensure that costs are appropriately allocated by department, entity and type of expenditure in Netsuite
- Help with automating processes and reporting
- Perform analyses and forecasts for various business units to help them make decisions and steer the business
- Help update the financial model
What we're looking for
- Enjoys interacting with other people, presenting findings to them and gathering feedback and inputs to create analysis that helps teams make better decisions
- Good understanding of accounting and basic experience in financial modelling through work or studies
- Some experience working with an ERP, ideally Netsuite
- BA/Master in Business / Accounting / Finance / Economics
- Attention to detail and can check the accuracy of their work
- Good Excel / Google sheet skills
- Ideally (but not necessary), experience developing dashboards in PowerBI
- Likes working with technology and improving processes
- Keen to learn and grow and have a high impact on the company
