Your job opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Platform Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our platform infrastructure, ensuring it is highly available, scalable, and secure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our software products and services.

• Design and implement scalable and highly available infrastructure to support our internal and public services.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand application requirements and implement appropriate platform solutions.
• Automate and streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes to achieve efficient and reliable releases.
• Monitor platform, identifying and resolving performance issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Ensure platform security by implementing best practices, monitoring vulnerabilities, and applying necessary security patches and upgrades.
• Continuously assess and adopt new technologies and industry best practices to enhance the platform infrastructure and promote innovation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform-related issues and incidents in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the documentation of platform infrastructure, processes, and procedures.

• Extensive experience in the field or related roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Proficient in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools and technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Demonstrated experience with AWS.
• Solid understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and security practices.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Terraform Associate) are a plus.
