About you / What you will do
Recruitment
• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, operational, business, regulatory and clinical positions internationally.
• Own the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing while ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
• Work closely with the hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding, targeting the right talent.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions at the same time and prioritize.
People Operations and Talent Management
• Develop assigned People projects at Idoven, such as team buildings, event planning, compliance projects, benefits and reward systems, learning amp; development, talent management and employer branding, among others.
• Manage a high workload in a fast-paced environment and prioritize constantly while keeping quality very high.
• Ensure good employee experience.
Requirements
• Min 2 years of experience in full cycle IT or HealthTech recruitment is a must.
• Excellent level or written and spoken English and Spanish is a must.
• Previous experience in a fast pacing tech startup will be highly valued.
• Ability to work closely with the Hiring Managers and build strong relations.
• Up to date with new trends in the People space.
• Project Management skills: ability to develop and manage assigned projects within the People team, propose new ideas and do proper market research.
• Ability to set up and manage changing priorities and meet the deadlines.
• Empathy and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills.
• The job is located in Madrid (Gran Via) with the possibility to work remotely part of the time.
