All jobs are open in Nantes/ Paris/ Barcelona.

The Role:

Report to the talent acquisition manager, this position entails responsibilities in the following functional HR areas: recruitment, onboardings, employee relations, administrative labor.

Your main tasks would be as follows :

• Assist the recruiting and hiring process: SDRs 's campains, post job openings, review resumes, conduct telephone and in-person interviews
• Prepare onboarding of new joiners (contracts/ universities relationships/ Legal processes).
• Support the HRBP in the daily operations
• Organize and maintain employee files
• Help organize and coordinate team events and team building activities
• You will help out with policy implementation and optimizing existing HR processes

Requirements

We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:

• You are finishing your University or master’s degree in the field of Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, preferably with a specialization in HR
• You are fluent in English and Spanish
• You are available for a full-time intership of 6 months
• Hands-on, flexible, dynamic and have excellent team working skills
• You have strong customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities
• You have exceptional written and oral communication skills
