What will you do?
As a Product Internship, your daily work will be to operate, automate and improve customer operations until they are adopted as business as usual, while participating in the creation or transformation of new products.
You will be working hand in hand with the rest of the Product team and will help create and improve the customer operations of our current and future products, as well as other different teams to make sure our customers receive the experience we define.
And because #SayThingsAsTheyAre is one of our values, we want to be clear and transparent in explaining what you will do during your first 6 months at Holaluz:
- Understand our customer's basic journey.
- Understand how the sector works.
- Understand what are our supply and solar products.
- Own at least 1 process of supply and of solar.
- Participate in all product-related operations for a month.
In 3 months:
- Be able to operate customers in an autonomous way, asking for help when needed.
- Own most of the product-related operations, with help when needed.
- Have implemented some improvements in the operations.
- You will be rocking all product-related operations.
- You will be autonomous to lead the start of any needed process.
- Help relocate some of the tasks to the responsible team.
- Collaborate with any other team to present and propose the next steps in improving the experience of our customers.

At Holaluz we have built a robust and constantly iterating organizational system, which allows us to adapt to the constant changes demanded by the sector and to achieve the purpose we pursue, using various agile methodologies, including SCRUM. At Holaluz, meetings and decisions are made collaboratively, feedback flows between the different teams and support between people is promoted.
Who will you do it with?
We define ‘Product’ as the services, objects or systems that we offer to satisfy the desires or needs of a customer. While this is a broad definition, the goal of the team is the creation, design and iteration of current products to satisfy Holaluz strategy: Holaluz is about solar and monthly quotes.
We do so, mainly, through product vision, product roadmap and company alignment.
We are a team of 5 enthusiastic members, passionate about our goal and eager to learn, work and have fun together!
Our team is quite new, so we are still creating or adapting our routines, liturgies and habits so this is the perfect time for joining us!
Where will you do it?
We row all together in perfect synchronization and towards a common goal, and what a better place to do it than in our offices in Barcelona, just 200 meters from the sea . This exceptional location next to the beach is perfect for a break with a dip and to put into practice another of our #HaveFun values.
