The Team
Our ERP practice helps some of the largest global firms and most recognizable brands deliver value and business transformation enabled by digital ERP solutions and services. Our ERP services covering strategy, implementation and innovation help clients delivering true value and achieve their transformation agenda.
The Role
- SAP S/HANA finance knowledge
- Experience with configuration and implementation of Contract and Release Management (CLM) module of RE-FX
- Experience with configuration and implementation of Purchase Integration add-on to CLM
- Experience with Pharmaceutical Industry and CSV
- Experience with Leasing business processes, primarily around Vehicles, Fixed Machinery and Equipment plus Buildings
- Experience with Depreciation/Amortisation scenarios around leased assets and the accounting treatment for related Liabilities
- Experience with Payment scenarios for leases; payment schedule, invoice w/o purchase order, invoice with purchase order
- Experience with early termination scenarios for leases including the various options for redemption
- Good CAPEX and Fixed Assets experience (desired)
- Good A/P (Invoice to Pay) experience with integration of cloud procurement solutions such as GEP, Ariba (desired)
- Agile knowledge, ideally Safe agile certified: candidate will be part of the agile team, the team has one scrum master and one Product Owner, and is expected to participate in all the Ceremonies of the ART such as daily stand up, Iteration Demo and Reviews, Program Increment Planning etc.
- Language Skills: English mandatory, German would be a plus

About You
We are looking for an ERP Program Lead with extensive SAP delivery experience. Our ideal candidate will have:
- Substantial proven experience working in client facing consulting / contracting roles.
- Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA
- Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
- Experience in mentoring and coach consulting resources.
